VSS Series Vacuum Dewaxing and Sintering Furnace(with Directional airflow degreasing)
Product Introduction:
♦It is mainly used for vacuum or carrier gas degreasing (dewaxing) and high temperature sintering before the sintering of stainless steel base, cemented carbide, high temperature alloy, high density alloy, metal ceramic, magnetic materials, carbide, boride, oxide, intermetallic compound and oxide, and can achieve continuous degreasing and sintering in the same furnace to avoid repeated product movement, heating and cooling, improve product quality, shorten production cycle and improve production efficiency.
♦Special degreasing sealing furnace pipe and grease catcher are used for reducing the pollution of internal furnace wall, heat screen and heating element and ensure more effective degreasing and grease collection, special sealing furnace pipe is favorable for improving the furnace temperature uniformity.
♦Directional airflow degreasing has strengthened and thorough degreasing effect.
♦Constant pressure sintering restrains the metal volatilization and improves product compactness and quality.
Configuration Option:
♦Efficient vacuum dewaxing/degreasing device can effectively prevent the vacuum pump from being polluted;
♦The heating chamber is equipped with special sealing furnace pipe, greatly preventing the grease from polluting the chamber;
♦Internal/external circulation rapid cooling system;
♦Cooling mode selection (vertical circulation cooling, peripheral nozzle cooling);
♦Special material process can attach low temperature convection heating device;
♦Low pressure control device meets the requirements (such as restraining the volatilization of alloying element) of special atmosphere process;
♦Freely select high vacuum/medium vacuum configuration according to material process requirement;
