VHS Series High Temperature Vacuum Dewaxing Sintering Furnace
Applications:
Widely used in silicon carbide (SiSIC) ceramic reaction sintering process, also for special ceramic materials, cemented carbide, ceramic-metal composite materials and refractory metal allo of high-temperature vacuum sintering.
Features:
♦ High-efficiency vacuum dewaxing/degreasing/dedusting device.
♦ Internal/outside recycle cooling system.
♦ Multiple temperature measures (K,S,B,WRe, etc. thermocouple, infrared thermometer), or composite option.
♦ Horizontal type furnace chamber, unilateral/bilateral materials taking methods, vertical type furnace chamber, up/down
materials taking methods.
♦ High temperature metal (Molybdenum, tungsten) graphite material heating system option, for various temperature or
materials process demands.
♦ If material process need high vacuum degree, then use diffusion pump set (Limiting vacuum can reach 1.5×10-3Pa).
♦ VHS7730 and VHS7740 are equipped with appropriative hydraumatic forklift material filiing-taking system.
♦ The vacuum furnaces, VHS7730 and VHS7740, can choose 1 dragging 2 system (Vacuum system, heating power
supply and material filling-taking car use together).
