BNJ-1000 Ice-cream Freezing Machine is continuous ice-cream freezer with external cold source. And is equipped with simple bulking control system, durable self-cleaning slurry transfer pump, stable and dependable refrigeration system (all refrigeration control valves are international advanced brands). Star-moon pump and related parts are made of high quality materials. Compressed air is sent into the freezing drum by supplying forced air, qualified expansion rate can be acquired by adjusting the quantity of air supply, thereby to guarantee the quality and efficiency of ice-creams. The machine is easy for operation, and it can be conveniently assembled and unassembled for cleaning.

Operational principle
Ice-cream material and proper air enter the freezing drum through the gearing pump, and Freon compressor will start refrigerating. Scraper inside freezing drum begin to mix the material and air, and stainless steel blade will scrape the frozen ice-cream on the internal wall, then ice-cream will be out through the discharge pump.
