Resilient seat gate valve is commonly used shut-off industrial valves. The opening and closing of the soft seal gate valve is the gate, the movement direction of which is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid. The gate valve can only be fully open and fully closed. Valves are covered by the rubber lining to effectively overcome bad sealing, easy leaking and rusty problem. 1. Flat bottom seat
The bottom of soft-sealed gate valve is designed with features of the fully through flow channel equivalent to straight pipes, minumized cavity sstagnation and low flow resistance, to ensure smooth fluid flow free from debris and secondary pollution.
2. Fully covered gate
The gate is comprised of ductile iron or cast iron shell entire covered by high-performance rubber. Mature vulcanization technology and process thoroughly isolates the trim from the fluid. Rubber cladding is tight and reliable in line with DVGW requirements. Even by the frequent squeeze stress, rubber doesn't fall off.
3. Replace the seat ring online
Special shaft seal structure provides the replaceable seat ring even when the fully opening water pipe works still.
4. Reliable on the seal
The backseat design between stem and bonnet use multiple reliable seals. The packing significantly reduced friction resistance.
5. Anti - corrosion properties
Shell, trims and external surface are electrostatically coated by epoxy resin powder.
6. Food hygiene requirements
Non-toxic epoxy resin coating is implemented in line with DVGW standard (DIN EN standard).
