Main features:

1. The machine is horizontal type with strong rigidity, high intensity and reasonable stress distribution. The pressure force shall be borne by the machine itself but not ground.

2. Positioning mode shall adopt axle journal supporting, so that parallelism of axle centerline can be guaranteed and the positioning is accurate and reliable.

3. The supporting trolley of the machine is able to revolve by 180° and thus two ends of the wheelset can be dismounted after the wheelset is lifted and loaded on the trolley.

4. The machine is equipped with measures against axle journal upsetting and scribing, as well as function of over pressure protection and alarming.

5. Micro-computer control system is adopted by the machine. The actions like oil cylinder fast approaching, fast withdrawing, approaching under working condition and stop etc. are controlled by operator。The actions are accurate and reliable. The control system is able to automatically record data and parameter.
