WL-TXLQ series constant volume feeder for electrolytic aluminium tank, as new generation, is researched and developed basing on prevailing technology and practical demand of electrolytic aluminium industry. The series products have features as compact framework, high reliability, good volume metering accuracy, easy operation, strong adaptability to environment, long service life etc, which are able to fully meet requirement of frequent constant volume feeding in electrolytic aluminium industry. There are two types of feeder, one is normal type and the other is equipped with valve.

Structural Characteristics

a. The feeding bell jar shall adopt spherical surface sealing structure to avoid possibility of leakage.

b. Inner surface of storage bin barrel is conducted with nitrogen treatment. The surface hardness is beyond HV600 and has long surface life.

c. Ventilation piston adopts good quality elastic steel wire, which has excellent performances of sealing, air permeability and wear compensation.

d. Radial sealing is applied between air cylinder and its flange.

e. The constant volume feeder with valve adopts stop type pneumatic control valve, which has strong adaptability to environment and reliable performance.
