The hammer crusher is the equipment which directly crush the material of 600mm-1800mm particle to 25mm or less than 25mm particle.

 

Operating principle:

The main part of hammer crusher is the rotor with hammer. The rotor consist of principal axis, disc, hinge pin and hammer. The electric motor drive the rotor high rolling in the crushing chamber, the material enter into the crusher through top feed, been struck, dashed, sheared, grinded and smashed. There is screen plate on bottom of the rotor, the material which size less than the screen mesh discharged from the screen plate, large than the screen mesh remained on the screen plate continue to be struck, and grinded, finally discharge out of the crusher through the screen plate.
