Jaw crusher product introduction:
Jaw crusher mainly used in crushing various kinds of mineral or large material into middle sized particle, divide to large, middle, small type according to the feed port width: more than 600mm is large type, 300-600mm is middle type and less than 300mm is small type. It widely used in mine, smelting, building material, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemical industry etc. the material being crushed max compression strength is 320Mpa.
Operating principle:
The jaw crusher operate part consist of 2 jaw plates, one is fixed jaw plate, vertically fixed on the front wall, the other is movable jaw plate, declining and form the crushing chamber. The moving jaw plate periodically reciprocating motion against the fixed jaw plate, now and then part and close. When it part, the material enter into the crushing chamber, the product discharge from the bottom, when it close, the material between the two jaw plates been crimped, buckled, split off and crushed.
