　　The product is made by using EPDM rubber compound as base materials, mixed with other additives. used in the insulated layer of wire and cable .this series product classified according to the type of cable and voltage level ,and widely used in the field of mining，ship and general rubber-sheath cable. The product boasts the good properties of heat and ozone resistance, and insulating property. Easy to process and preserve, the product color is white, and we can offer other colors of product as requested.

Reference for using

　1. Products is continuous film, adding vulcanizing agent, and can put extrusion cold feed directly，it is convenient and time or labor saving .
　2. It is recommended to employ continuous curing line for extrusion production.
　　　Extruder compression ratio：1.1:1～1.5:1
　　Slenderness ratio:6:1～16:1(Less than 10:1 recommended hot rubber)
　　Feeding temperature:60～70℃;machine body temperature:70～75℃;machine head temperature 70～85℃
　　　Temperature of the vulcanization tube:165～185℃(pressure range:0.8～1.3MPa)
　3. Due to the different specification of cable, adjust the traction speed according to the actual curing effect.
　4. To rational use according the curing data offered by the company

Package and storage

　1. Can be packaged according to customer requirements, regular packing: 25Kg/bag, 500Kg/box.
　2. Storage environment must be clean, dry, ventilation.
Attentions
　1. Storage environment to ensure a clean dry, after open the package to seal preservation, so as not to affect the insulation effect.
　2. When used to avoid between rubber and conductor into steam, so as not to affect the insulation detection data.
　3. Storage time if more than half a year, before use and manufacturers to use communication.
　4. In the winter when stored at room temperature, the best is not lower than 15 ℃.
