Vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP) takes the advantage of stronger sterilization ability of gaseous hydrogen peroxide, atomizes hydrogen peroxide by compressed air, and vaporizes atomized hydrogen peroxide into steam by electric heater, meeting sterilizing requirement.

VHP system is composed of hydrogen peroxide adding unit, hydrogen peroxide flow control unit, compressed air flow control unit, atomizing unit, electric heater, and electrical control system.

In sterilizing, hydrogen peroxide steam is reduced into water and oxygen, in which there is no dangerous residue and no harm to operators and environment.
