2. Applications

3.Appearance:

Part A: a non-toxic and odorless liquid in transparent color with platinum inside.

Part B: a non-toxic and odorless liquid in transparent color.

ATT: We can do any curing time and gery or white colour as you requirements.

4. Using instruction

1.Put part A and part B in separate container with equal dosage and stir evenly when mixing the two parts together.

2. Put the mixture into the vacuum machine under 0.08 MPa for 5 minutes.

3. The temperature influences the curing time of electronic potting silicone rubber. When in too low temperature, we suggest customers appropriately heat the mixture to accelerate vulcanization.

5. Package

6. Storage and shelf life

When stored in their original unopened packaging, at a temperature of between -10°C and +30°C, the RTV G-89 series can be stored for 12 months from the date of manufacture clearly marked on the packaging. Beyond this date, GC Silicone no longer guarantees that the products meet the sales specifications.
