Shenyang Heavy Industry Co., LTD (SYGDZG) was established in 2014 and is located in No.17 South #1 Road, The Seashore Economical Area of Shenyang. The total area of our company is 33,333.30 square meters and the construction area is 21,183.57 square meters. Our company has cast steel, cast iron workshop, non-ferrous alloy casting workshop, cleaning and machining workshop, and bussiness buildings. 
Our company is mainly engaged in metallurgy, building materials, power plants, chemical milling, crushing and grinding equipment and spare parts with annual production capacity of 10,000 tons. Our products include various types of medium-speed mill, vertical mill, ball mill, cylinder mill, chemical mill, single-geared roller crusher and spare parts. These products are international and domestic cutting edge products, which are efficient, energy saving and environmentally friendly. Our major manufactoring product material are high chromium cast alloys, nickel-hard cast iron alloys , different kinds of high alloy steel, various grades of nodular cast iron, various grades of copper alloys, and aluminum alloys.
The main equipments of our company includes three medium - frequency induction furnaces, one heat treatment furnace, two resin sand production lines, one 200mm diameter floor boring and milling machine, one CK5116 and one CK5234 CNC vertical lathe, two XK7136a cnc milling machines, two Z3080 drilling machines, one CKA6163 horizontal lathe and one CK61160. Our maximum lifting capacity is 75 tons. 
Our company is technology-intensive enterprise with over 200 employees that combines research, development, and manufacture. We have five professors/senior engineers and ten engineers/senior technicians who have researched and developed a variety of high alloy wear-resistant materials over the years. Our service life of single-geared roller crusher has achieved over 10,000 hours for metallurgical industry. The life time of grinding roller and segment are more than 12,000 hours of mediem speed grinder for power plant. Also, the lifespan of roll cover (liner) and disc liner are from 8000 hours up to 10,000 hours for building materials industry. All of these products meet or exceed the life time of imported equipment and spare parts.
