It was founded in APR, 2014, owned 400 staffs, and the registered capital is 1 billion RMB. Since its establishment and endings in Apr. 2014, the operating expense is more than 10 billion RMB.

The mainly trades of our company are  metalurgical products by- products, minerals , coal, alloy, metallic material, electrical materials, wire and cable, building material, refractories,electromechanic equipment, instruments, the purchasing and selling of chemical products(without the products which is monitored, and precursor ,dangerous chemicals);the transportation and storage of general cargoes;the retailing of coal tar,crude benzene, oxyegn(liguefaction),nitrogen(liguefaction and compression),argon(liguefaction and compression),hydrogen;the services of technical advisory and technical exchange;operating and acting the imports and exports of variety goods and technologies.

Lingsteel has convenient transportation conditions for Lingyuan is close to Jinzhou port, Panjin port, Baryuquan port, Tianjin port, Dalian port etc.
