With 15 years experience on feed additives manufacturing, we now are a leading player in this industry in China. 
We owned two factories as production base, Jinan Tiantianxiang Co., Ltd.(JNTTX) and Jinan Nornoon Biological Engineering Co., Ltd.(NORNOON) 
Founded in 1998, JNTTX is specialized in production of feed additives. We can supply flavor enhancement and other feed additives for farmers, feed mill operators and integrators alike in China and abroad. 
A invested and established in 2009 by JNTTX, NORNOON is specialized in enzymes used in animal feed, food and other industry. 
Covered 60 acres, now we has completed the production workshop 6500 square meters, fermentation volume 180 cubic meters (30m3 per fermentation tank) with supporting post-treatment and spray drying workshop. Now total investment is more than fifty million RMB. 
The spray tower with evaporation 1.2t pressure is currently the largest spray tower in Chinese enzyme industry, height 36m, diameter 6.5m, flexible control that meets different customer demands. 

Then how do we implement the quality control? 

1. We have acquired certificates ISO9001, ISO22000 (HACCP) and FAMI-QS. 

2.Production and QC are all performed under regulations of ISO9001, ISO22000 and FAMI-QS certificates. 

3. We owned R&d team including flavor chemists, animal nutritionist and microbiologists so as to guarantee to update product technology, obtained followed achievement in the last three years 
1) 14 products were commercialized 
2) 11 intl patents have been allowed 
3) 7 research projects received gov. award 

4. After finishing researching, start to enter into production after pilot test. 
1) Pilot scale development system includes fermenters, ultrafiltration, and Small scale spray tower. 
2) Proprietary technology has been developed and scaled up to commercial production. 
3) Process improvements are being developed continuously. 

5. Our QC team takes sample inspection on production field frequently in every process.

In 2013, the spray dry tower construction completed and come on line. 
In 2012, the first keratinase producer in China. At the same time, isolate strain of Aspergillus niger by traditional mutation process and produce BIOFENZYME, which contains high activity of multiple enzymes. At the same year, started develop food enzyme series products. 
In 2011, established Shanghe bio-fermentation plant (Jinan Nornoon Biological Engineering Co., Ltd.), dedicated to enzyme fermentation, annual production capacity of 3000 tons. At the same year, we developed out thermostable phytase 
In 2010, successfully developed acidic beta-mannanase which is both acid resistant and thermostable. 
In 2009, the first producer of alpha galactosidase in China. 
In 2007, started to produce liquid enzyme and the first beta mannanase producer in China 
In 2006, the first liquid phytase producer in China. 
In 2004, started to manufacture 6-phytase. 
In 2002, became the first 3-phytase supplier in China.
