Its Predecessor was Shijiazhuang Yaozhi Textile Co., Ltd. It was established in 2007. It combined with Zhaoxian Aide Textile Co., Ltd and Zhaoxian Yicheng Textile Co., Ltd in 2014, then to established Hebei Shanglaite Textile Co., Ltd in 2015.
