We have the ability to produce 15 tons of ready-made needle punch nonwoven (pure wool, 100% synthetic fiber and the blend products). 

Quantity of the felt and nonwoven products within 5 tons could be ready and delivered in two days. 

Category Two: Wool felt, including industrial wool felt and civilian wool felt in all colors 
The wool felt products are in four grades: superfine, standard, medium and regular. 
Wool fineness from 48 to 70 yarn counts 
Width 1mm--2.5m 
Length 0.5m-100m 
Thickness 0.5mm--100mm 
Density 0.10g--0.60g/cm3 
We are able to have the output of 1500kg per day. 

Category Three: Felt and nonwoven accessories 
Wool felt polishing discs, polishing balls, insoles, caps and hats, shoes, bearings, mats, rings, pieces, barrels, etc. 

We can also provide the tests of technical indicators, including: the melting point of a variety of fiber length, coarseness, color fastness; product thickness, density, hardness, tensile strength, flame value, moisture, PH, etc.
