Ruicai is based in De Zhou City, Shandong, China. The founder, Mr. Lee, has more than 20 years of work experience in the pigment industry. Right after graduation from the university (ECUST / Year 1996), he entered the plastic and rubber products industry. ?Within the past twenty years, Mr. Lee has been in several positions including: machine operator, production team leader, workshop manager and product sales.?These positions gave him very good opportunities to learn pigment production, quality control and market analysis. He learned also that quality comes from employees feeling part of the team.
In 2010, Mr. Lee made the decision to begin his own company, Ruicai Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. He started by producing Pigment and Plastic masterbatches. Learning along the way, he compared pigments to masterbatches. He decided that masterbatches are more environmentally safe, easier to use and can attain better dying effects in some applications. The most important consideration was the health and safety of the workers. Masterbatches can significantly improve the operators' working conditions or environment in the plastic&rubber products manufacturing processes.
