Dalian Golden Time Enterprise Co., Ltd (the former Dalian Pencils General Industrial Company), which owns a history of 60 years in pencils producing, is one of the earliest pencil enterprise in China. The company has blossomed into a comprehensive production & operation enterprise that combines pencils’ manufacturing with food producing, mechanic processing, as well as exporting.
 
The company located in Dalian a beautiful seashore city in North China. The whole enterprise covers an area of thirty thousand square meters, integrated with exploration, production as well as operation. We specialize not only in pencils but also all kinds of stationeries, pencil machines, plastic producing machines, and mode as well as food. The pencils’ producing capacity is 0.3 billion per year. As one of the earliest members of China Pens Manufacturing Association, we have perfect quality control system and detection equipment. Our products have rank ahead of same industry. Moreover, we took the lead in passing the ISO9001 and EN71 standard in 2004.
