The production line has an important feature: the mixing operations are carried out via the air turbine method, according to the old process of cooling of the product, in order to ensure the coffee has a unique aroma.

The range of products and gadgets is constantly updated with regard to changing lifestyles and consumer tastes. An advanced system for the production of the coffee pods was recently introduced that allowed Caffè Cavaliere to complete its product line with new products for the HoReCa, companies and home.
