   the entire machine.Thermostat cuts off machine when over-freezing,low voltage,high pressure etc.

a) Air Pump(Model number with letter"P")
   Grand mix with more air to a sofer and smoother ice cream.Offering high overrun 70%-90%,save cost of 

   mixture material  

b) Pre-cooling system(Model number with letter"M")
   Separate hopper refrigeration,by separate compressor solenoid valve to pre-cool mix and maintain 

   mix below 4.5°C

c) Keep fresh system(Model number with letter"M1")
   During long no-use periods,the keep fresh system maintains safe product temperature in the mix hoppers 
   and freezing cylinders.

d) Rainbow system
   Adding syrup to ice cream,make tasty and colourful ice cream.
