- Welcome custom design artwork/idea. We have professional designer teams who will work closely with you to develop your own designs into products.

- We could arrange sea freight, air freight, express door to door and insurance services if customer need.

- For each order we will inspect every piece 3 times before final packing. In the meantime we are also glad to cooperate with custom appointed third parties to perform inspection in our factory.

Remark:

1.Payment: 30% deposite by T/T ,70% balance paid before shipment .

2.Sample time: 3-5 days after receiving the sample fee.

3.Sample Charge: US$ 100/item( the sample charge will be returned once you place the first order)

4.Delivery date:30-35days after confirming the down payment.

How to order from us?

• 1.Contact our sales to get a quotation with the best price;
• 2.Send us your design and detailed instruction(quantity,color,design,logos),Or send us your design idea together with sizes and logos.
• 3.If the price is acceptable,  we can make samples with 4-7days, then sending samples to you for checking and get approval;
• 4.Designer put together information from you,send back Purchaser Order for your order confirmaton. 
• 5. After confirm order and samples,we'll start production procedure once receive 30% deposit payment.
• 6.In house printing,cutting,sewing,ironing,quality checking and packings.
• 7.Quality Checking,we'll send bulk order photo for approval before packing, or you can send QC agent to our factory to check. 
• 8.QA checking and packings.
• 9.Order release for shipping after receive receipt for 70% balance.
• 10.Any issue,please address us within two weeks after receive package.We'll invest and consult with you for solution.If Hayidai's responsibility,we'll replace them for a discount or free within 7~10 days.
• 11. Quality and Service is HYD's principle.
