Stripping agent CZB-01 is a emulsion mixture of surfactant, hydrocarbon and positive charged particles.

 It’s processed pulp have the features as follow: (1) improve paper or paperboard peeling from the drying cylinder, prevent the generation of paper dust. (2) increased the softness of the paper, improved the abrasion resistance, the antistatic property gained.

 Features:

1. Improve the peeling of paper from the drying cylinder, to prevent the emerge of paper dust.

3. This product is cationic, and have good affinity with fiber.

4. Soft paper can be made by its plasticization.

 

Usage and dosage:

1. Internal addition method: 0.10-0.50% (relative to dry pulp).

A. Diluted with water, then added to the high blunt pulp box.

B. Or add directly to the pulp tank before the paper machine.

2. Spraying method: 0.05-0.40% (relative to pulp). Dilute CZB-01 with water, spray or smear the diluted product to the surface of the drying cylinder continuously and evenly.
