Product introduction:

    The pumpkin seed processing line is Qiaopai’s patented product with independent intellectual property. It consists of two units: cleaning and sizing unit, de-hulling and separating unit.
    Cleaning and sizing unitcan clean out various impurities in pumpkin seeds or watermelon seeds, then size the seeds into 7 grades.
    De-hulling and separating unitcan de-hull each grade individually, then remove the shells from kernels, separate and re-separate un-hulled seeds from kernels. Unhulled seeds will be returned back to de-huller for re-hulling again automatically. Thus automation degree has been greatly improved.
    Wet method dehulling process adopted,the equipment features low electricity consumption, compact structure, minimum space occupation, low damage of seeds and kernels, automatic feeding of un-hulled seeds, very good effects of de-hulling and separating, easy operation and maintenance.

Components

The processing line consists of cleaning and sizing unit, de-hulling and separating unit, electric control cabinet.

 

Cleaning and sizing unit consists of input hopper, spiral elevator, multifunctional cleaner, bucket elevator, sizing machine and electric control cabinet.

 

De-hulling and separating unit consists of input hopper, bucket elevator, main part of the machine (including: dehuller, separating screen for shells-seeds-kernels, separating screen for seeds-kernels, cyclone and discharger for shells), electric control cabinet. Different grade will match different size of separating screen.
