• Production process: the raw material is heated up to 600℃ and then it is processed to be fused flux by cooling and centrifugal effect. The spherical granules are produced. Its shape is very symmetrical. The equipment has diameter of 15 meters, 8 meters high, it is a 4-ton temperature control electric furnace with stainless steel inner. When the products will be used, it will be no dust and have excellent mobility. Our product is easy to use in the automation control devices.
• The main aw material: MgCl2. KCL or the other additive (according to the customer’s requirement).our current composition: MgCL/KCL:60/40 , MgCL/KCL/CaF2:57/38/5, we can also do according to your special requirement.
