Fiberglass backing flat pad is adopted of multi-Layer stack of compression molding in the mold after curing by heating. It is the base material of flap discs with the features of light weight, high strength and good adhesive properties etc.

Product Info:	a.     Product description   Fiberglass backing plate is specially made for making flap disc. The plate is made of the fiberglass which are specially woven and treated in our plant. Special sizes are available on request.
	b.     Main specification:   Type: T27 (Flat), T29 (Convex)    Material: Fiberglass fabric impregnated with phenolic resin    Metal Ring: 1 or 2.   Layers: 4-13    Inner Diameters: 16.23mm or 22. 23mm (Tolerance: 0. 15mm)   Outer diameter: 75mm, 85mm, 95mm, 107mm. 118mm, 125mm,140mm, 170mm,178mm (Tolerance: 0. 5mm)    Payment: L/ C or T/ T in advance.   Packing:   1) Each roll is wrapped in a polyethylene bag and put into cartons of different sizes according to their diameters.    2) Cartons are placed on pallets, which are wrapped with plastic films of two to three layers.
