Application

widely used for molten steel  cooling and CCM.

To offer billet, round and bloom sized continuous casting machine and related spare parts.

 Arc radius can be from 3.5m to 14m.

 The strand can be 1-6.

 Kinds of billet type continuous casting machine: 60mmX60mm to 700mmX700mm, of round one from Φ80mm to Φ900mm, of slab one from 120mmX850mm to 3600mmX1000mm

 

The characteristics:

 ·Ladle turret: Straight arm type, and can be with automatic weighing device, emergency driven unit and driven by electric motor.
·Oscillator : Guided by spring steel plate, it is outside the secondary cooling chamber , far away from the high temperature zone, easy for maintance.

 

·Copper mold tube assembly: Our copper mold tube is supported by German KME technology. The products are used by well-known steel mill both at home and abroad.
·Withdrawal and straightening unit: The straightener adopts the gradually straightening technic. The rollers are driven by three-ring reducers and hydro-cylinder.
·Flame cutter: High-speed narrow slit cutter, along with the unpowered cutting car. Guidance mechanism decides the torch swing.
·Dummy bar: Rigid dummy bar or flexible dummy bar.
·Electric control system: This system uses Simens PLC control scheme, carrying on the surveillance by a computer.

As the old saying goes, one must sharpen his tool before going to make a perfect work, our company spends heavi ly on the manufacturing equipment of copper mould tubes and plates. Now we have 9 sets of large, medium and smal l hydraul ic press, 8 nos. of CNC machine centers, 2 sets special NC processing machines, which can produce Dia.1200mm round tubes and 3800x1000x70mm copper plates.

The target of our work is to improve our technological capacities to be in the interest of the customers .For this purpose ,we have been dedicated to new products development .we established R & D department for new alloys ,optimized copper taper and better anti-wearing coating .Our physical and chemical laboratories are equipped with advanced analysis and inspection systems which provides strong guarantee for the quality of our products.
