1.Our high speed forming machine srewing is 9.95mm, so the chain is much more nice than the normal machine. the chain from high speed machine, the shape is like YKK. and the normal coiling machine srew is 6.45mm, the chain is normal.
2.High speed machine, when the driven shaft reach 1100RPM, the production can reach (chain ourtput) 4m per min, when reach 2200RPM it can reach 8m per min (this speed reaquired good monofilemt). But normal machine, only the driven shaft reach 2200RPM, the output can reach 4m per min.
3.The high speed machine main shaft is run slow, so the machine is less nose and less shake. so the machine is more stable and spare parts not easy broken.
4. High speed machine motor 1.1kw, the monal machine is 1.5kw.  the high speed machine can save 0.4kw per hour.
