YDC series lightweight core-through jacks

 

Working Principle:

Under the function of oil pressurre,the moving part moves relative to the fixed part to realize tensioning and release jack.The design tensioning force can be obtained by controlling the area of the tensioning cavity and the oil pressurre.In oredr to reduce the weight of the jack,and considering the length of prestressing tendons for conventional members,the stroke of the jack is designed as 200mm.The core-through jacks has the performance of continuously progressive repeated tensioning,and it can realize the tensioning of prestressing tendons of different lengths.It is widely applied to the construction of prestressed concrete structure,bridge,power stations,highways,high-rise building,ground anchorage,etc.
