Structure

The semi automatic rolled sugar cone machine is composed of working table, rolling mould, transmission system and operating system.

1. Working Table: squareness shape with stainless steel protection. Welding frame component includes transmission system, bearing seat connecting with frame.

2. Rolling mould is composed of rolling head, shell, axle and bracket. Rolling power will be transmitted by gear system.

3. Transmission system includes motor, retarder, gemel , cam and so on.

4. Rolling parts controlled under rolling machine panel with the same controlling box as waffle maker.. Two motors are controlled by switch. Temperature controlling can master preheating system.
