WG&WGF sewage pumps are horizontal and cantilever centrifugal sewage pumps, which suitable for transfer sewage below 80 cent-degrees; excellent design allows the WG&WGF to pump any solids that pass through the pump suction, even stringy, fibrous or tramp material. The latest corrosion resistant materials made WGF pumps can be used to deliver acid or basic sewage.

1Suction pressure less than 10Mpa,max pressure less than 1.6Mpa.

2Ambient temperature should be lower than 40C,relative humidty less than 90%,medium temperature less than 80%

3The transported granule volume in the fluids should be less than 0.1%unit volume,the granule size less than 0.2mm.

Application

1.WG, WD series pump is suitable for pumping sewage,waste and liquid which contains fiber or Suspended solids .

    the suitable temperature is under 80 °C .

    Suspended solids' size is not more than  80% of the outlet caliber.

2.WGF,WDF type pump flow components are all made by stainless  so the pump is suitable for  conveying wastewater that contains acid and alkaline or other corrosive;

   Available for chemical industry, scientific research departments in the process to transfer chemical grout which  temperature is not higher than 80 °C .It can also be used to conveying pulp for the food industry。
