How to control and drive LCD Panel: GDC0689?
Recommended IC: HT1621

Diagram 1 is the schematic diagram of Controller/driver: HT1621,
PIN 1, 2, 3, 4 connect to MCU(STM32), and you can control GDC0689 by these four pins,
PIN 5 connect to ground,
PIN 6 and 7 connect to the crystal oscillator(32.768k),
PIN 8 get a 22k resistance in series and connect to 5.4V voltage,
Pin 9 connect to 3.3V voltage,
PIN 10 to PIN 12 are blank, PIN 13 to PIN16, PIN24 to PIN48 are connect to the LCD Pins(GDC6089)
Diagram 2 is for the crystal oscillator and Diagram 3 is for the LCD panel(GDC6089)
Please note: HT1621 has built-in crystal oscillator.
