The secondary steam continues raising and change into condensation liquid by the condenser.Then it falls back to the extraction tank as new solvent to be added to the medicine surface.The new solution crosses the medicine layer with high speed into the bottom of extraction tank.The dissoluble effective elements in the medicine can solve in the solvent inside the extraction tank. The extraction liquid will be pump into the concentrator by extraction & filter pipe.Secondary steam produced from that will be sent to the extraction tank as new solvent and heat source.The extraction of new solvent with large circumfluence can keep the solvent density of the medicine and solution at high-gradient.The solute inside the medicine will be separated out with great speed compelely(the extraction liquid is colorless).Then,the extraction liquid stops entering into the concentrator.And concentrated secondary steam goes into the cooler.The concentration will continue until the required proportion(1.2-1.34) of the medicine cream is available.The colorless liquid in the extration tank will be stored inside the storage tank for next time of use.The medicine residue will be drained out from the slag outlet.If extraction with organic solvent,please add proper water first and open the steam valve. After the the recycle,medicine residue will be drained out.

Working principle:
Put the drug material into the extraction tank and insert the solvent such as water,ethanol,carbinol and acet,etc(in accordance with the technology requirement)whose capacity is five to ten times the drug material.Open the steam valve to heat the extraction liquid until boiling that will last for about twenty to thirty minutes and then the extraction＆filter pipe pumps one third extraction liquid into the concentrator.And the steam valves are closed and the heater valve is opened to concentrate the material liquid.The secondary steam produced during concentration can enter into theextraction tank through the upward pipe at the evaporator to serve as the heat source and solution for extraction to maintain the boil inside the tank.
