Description

TC-E32 additive package is composed of metal detergent, high molecular weight ashless dispersant, antioxidant and anti-wear etc., which has excellent high-temperature detergency, dispersant, anti-oxidiation, anti-corrosion and anti-wear properties.

Dosage

With the recommended dosage of 8.6%(m/m) in the formulated of SJ/CF-4 and 4.5%(m/m) in SF/CD, meet engine oil of SAE 30,40,50,15W/40 and 20W/40, and satisfy the needs of high speed, four-stroke engines. It can reduce the oil consumption distinctly and reduce the sediment of piston, especially suitable for heavy duty diesel engines running on freeway.

The TC-E32 additive package can be blended into different types of base oil with the dosage of 8.6%(m/m). Mix the oil for more than 4 hours at the temperature of 80+_5℃, it can be formulated SJ/CF-4 and SF/CD engine oil of SAE 30,40,50,15W/40,20W/40.

Packing and storage

Packing: The product is packed in 200 liter drum

Storage: Please refer to SH/T0164 standard when stored, loaded and unloaded, oil blending. Keep the temperature not higher than 75°C. For long-term storage, the suggested temperature is lower than 45°C.
