Tube materials shall satisfy the requirements of GB, GB/T 150 150; Pipe material should comply with the GB/T 12459, GB/T13401 or the relevant provisions of the GB/T 17185.

2 products in low temperature

When lining products used in - below 20 ℃, pipes, pipe fittings and flange material should be resistant to low temperature steel, should comply with the GB / 150-150 the relevant regulations of the appendix C.

3 ptfe

Ptfe resin shall comply with the terms of HG/T 2902-1997. Lining layer of apparent density should not less than 2.16 g/cr0, and there is no bubble, pores, cracks and impurities.

4 connecting flange

Flange material should comply with the GB/T 9124-2000 table 1 and table 2. Connecting flange size tolerance should be consistent with GB/T 9113.1 or GB/T 9 i20 1, flange size tolerance should comply with the regulations of table 3 GB/T 9124-9124. Used for lining on connecting flange flanging flash burr should be polished smooth, the corner should be processed into fillet radius should not less than 3 mm.

5 pipe fittings

Size tolerance, form and position tolerances of pipe fittings in accordance with the GB/T 12459-2005 the provisions of the table in 13.

6 ptfe lining thickness

Minimum lining thickness should comply with the regulations of table 10. Lining layer with a white or natural color, inner surface should be smooth, uniform texture, there is no crack, bubble delamination and affect the performance of the product and other defects.
