 When the bearing hole diameter of drive pulley and bend pulley is more than or equal to 120mm, taper-lock is used to connect shaft and hub. Upper idlers can be parallel and trough idlers. Lower idlers can be parallel and v-type idlers. The structure of idler is 35°trough forward. Idlers use stamped bearing house. Using wide clearance bearing and multi-layer labyrinth seal improves service life, reduces rotation resistance and friction coefficient. Cast welding and keyless connection has been used for pulley, hydraulic coupling and hard surface cone cylinder gear speed reducer for drive unit, angle type structure for head frame, so these improve starting performance, drive efficiency, load capacity and service life, reduce floor area and weight of equipment.

Belt conveyor application

Mining belt conveyors are widely used to transfer sandy or lump material, or packaged material in the production areas for departments of light industry, coal, harbor, power station, metallurgy and chemistry. The density of material is from 0.5 to 2.5 ton/m³.According to different transferring equipment, the transfer system can be one independently or multi-conveyors or combined with other transfer equipments. Belt conveyor work condition

It can be operated in the circumstance temperature ranging from -25℃ to 40℃. The temperature of transferred material by this conveyor should be lower than 50 degree centigrade.

The conveyors are applied to horizontal and scope transport. Transport combined with convex, concave part and straight line can be also used.
