Non-detachable type(Ⅰ) and detachable type(Ⅱ,Ⅲ)spiral heat exchanger

Use:

1. Spiral heat exchanger is often used in chemical, oil, solvents, pharmaceuticals, food, light industry, textile, metallurgy, steel rolling, coking and other industries.

2. Spiral heat exchanger is often used for convection heat transfer of steam - steam, steam - liquid, liquid – liquid; waste-heat recovery; vapor condensation and liquid evaporation.

Structure and features:

1. This equipment is made by two steel rolling, forming two uniform channels for counter-current flowing of two medium, so greatly enhances the effect of heat transfer.

2. The connection pipe on shell with tangential structure and the curvature of spiral channel is uniform, thus can improve heat transfer capability.

3. Head face of Non-detachable type(Ⅰ) spiral heat exchanger channel is made with seal welding, which has a high tightness.

4. detachable type(Ⅱ)spiral heat exchanger has a detachable channel for cleaning ,which is used for viscous and precipitated material.

5. detachable type(Ⅲ)spiral heat exchanger has two detachable channels for cleaning.

6. The capacity of heat exchanger we can manufacture is 5m2-300 m2 .
