1. Measuring principle

The sensor of the magnetostriction liquid level meter is designed based on magnetostriction principle.it consists of sensitive waveguide wire,waveguide tube,moveable magnet and the electronic parts that emit electric pulse signal and receive the returned signal. When the electric pulse generated by pulse micro wave generator in electric probe transmit along the waveguide wire in the steel tube,electric pulse generated a toroidal magnetic field vertical to waveguide wire that transmit at the speed of light through waveguide wire.when the pulse toroidal magnetic field meets the inspection magnetic field,the two magnetic fields vectors overlays to create spiral magnetic field,generate instant twisting force and mechanical twisting force wave in the waveguide wire.the twisting force wave return to electric probe at the speed of light,make the two ends of coil create pulse induction. To measure the time difference between the pulse induction generated by the return of electric pulse and twisting force wave can precisely calculate the measured liquid hight.at same time,put the temperature sensor into the tube to measure the medium temperature.
