The black-and –white Densitometer XFD-9 can measure transmission densities on films quickly and precisely.

Transmission measurements require a light table with constant and bright luminosity.XFD-9 has been tested for measuring up to 4.50D on any light soure which can provide luminance from 20,000 to 60,000 Lux.

XFD-9 is a precision measuing instrument with a highly accurate light sensor &3mm polymer fibre optic tip.

The instrument also incorporates an OLED display ,which provides high contrast & vibrant color user interfac with high power efficient.

Battery Replacement

1. Press the front snaps using the clip shown in Fig:2.1&Fig:2.2 to release the nozzle.

2. Pull the nozzle in the direction shown in the figure

3. At the time of replacing the batter please check polarity.

4. Inserting battery with wrong polarity may cause permanent damage to the instrument.

5. While putting the nozzle back, make sure the interface connector is aligned properly.
