1)Thin lips / Small lips:

Draw a lip line outwards along the lip contour with a lip liner pencil,fill lips with lips crayon.

Then you can apply some shimmer lip gloss,your lips will look like more plump.

2)Thick Lips:

Do not use pearl shimmer lipsticks / lip gloss.
Draw a lip line inwards the lip contour with a lip liner pencil,fill lips with lip crayon. 

Then apply some concealer cream to cover the outward lips contour.

3)Drooping Lips:

Draw a lip line upwards at the end of the lip corners,draw a low lip peaks on the upper lip,

draw a lip line inwards the lower lip corner and meet with the lower lip.
