 About Hot Dip Galvanizing

Hot Dip Galvanizing process creates a metallurgical bond between the underlying material like steel.

During galvanizing, molten zinc reacts with the surface of the base material to form a series of zinc alloys that provide an inner layer of protection against corrosion. That's why our material got High Hardness! Greater Stability! Amazing Rust-proof( Theoretically under 3% rust and 5% fade for 10-20 years).

Our key processes are phosphorization, electrostatic spraying and high temperature curing. These ensure our products can be rust and corrosion-proof, no fading or pulverizing for long, and good self cleaning, easily assembled, good looking and safety. It's ideal to replace traditional Guardrails.
