Description

The product is a white crystal, prepared from cresol and isobutylene, which has fine oil solubility, but not soluble in water and caustic solution. It provides the lubricant with excellent anti-oxidation and antigum performance. The product will display the best anti-oxidation effect at the working temperature of 100°C.It is used primarily in the lubricating oil, gasoline and paraffin, etc., serves as antioxidant and antigum inhibitor. It could be directly used (or be blended into mother liquid) to add in petrochemical products such as rubber and plastics, acting as anti aging agent. But it is not suitable for the oils under rather high service temperature.

Recommended Dosage

The dosages of T501 generally recommended to blend lubricants are 0.1-1.0%

Packing and storage

Packing: With 25 kg or 50kg drum(bag), multilayer kraft paper bags or wooden drum or iron drum

Storage: Please refer to SH/T0164 standard when stored, loaded and unloaded, oil blending. Keep the temperature not higher than 75°C. For long-term storage, the suggested temperature is lower than 45°C.
