1,Introduction

 

Mini Integrated Fish Meal Machine is designed for small capacity fish meal plant like 500kg-5000kg per day. Machines could operate automatically and efficiently.

 

By using conducting oil as thermal carrier, through the electric heating method, customers would save the investment of buying steam boiler which is usually needed for fish meal plant. Our machines are very suitable for fish processing plant that would have fish offal like fish head, fish bone, fish skin, etc. Besides, our machines are widely used in some islands, fishing piers when the fish capacity is not big.

2,Process

 

 Material  ----  Cooking and Pressing ----- Cooling and Drying ---- Skim Fish meal

 

  Raw material will be cooked by cooking machine first, and then it will be delivered to pressing machine where the liquid and solid will be separated. The solid which we get from pressing machine will be sent to drying machine. After drying, we will get dry fish meal. The liquid which we get from pressing machine will be sent to fish oil processing line. After processing, we will get fish oil.
