Class B Core Material for Halogen-free Fire-retardant Aluminum Composite Panel is made by polyethylene as the main raw material, with environment-fridendly flame retardant, second processing the surface of the above mixture in refining composite treatment with continuous activation equipment, then adding flame retardant synergist and other synergist into the processed mixture and at last extruding the fully mixed and plasticized mixture into particles.
Add the green flame retardant based on high quality brucite as raw materials, with our own mines and working on well-know domestic scientific researchers to develop special material for halogen-free aluminum plastic plate meets the requirements of GB-8624-2006, US ASTM-E84, UK BS476 and Deutschland DIN4102-1 at the same time.

Properties

> Product Upgrading. The ordinary panels can be upgraded to Class-B fireproof panels, which meet the national requirements of Class-B fire rating.
>Excellent Cost Performance. The price is 30% lower than the core material of fireproof aluminum compostite panels currently in the market, which increase client core competence.
>No Change to Original Equipment and Technologies. Eligible fire-proof aluminum compostie panels that achieve GB8624-2006 Class-B standard can be produced just by evenly blending the regulated proportions of this material and recycled PE materials. The products meets the environmental directive of RoHS of the EU.
>Controllable Quality and Cost. According to different requirements of the order forms, and combining their own demands on technologies, quality, cost, ect., clients can independently select the proportion of the additive master batch for halogen-free fire-retarding fireproof aluminum composite panels and grades of recycled PE materials.
