1.  one pair/ box, 12pairs/carton,  the accessories will be put in the box along with the shoe, such as fillers,desiccant or mildew preventive etc.

2)      How long is the sample date and production lead time?

Normally, we can ship the sample within 3-5 days.

The lead time is around 30-45 days after receive your deposit or L/C

3)      Do you have any guarantee for your goods ?

We have received the certificate of ISO9001-2008, the whole process QC team will inspect quantity strictly. Before shipment, we will check it carefully once again

4)      Should I pay for the samples?

For the new clients we will charge for the boots, but we will refund the fee once order confirmed

5)      What's your MOQ?

40 pairs for old last, 500-800 pairs for new last

6)      Can you accept OEM? The designer in your factory is professional?

Yes, we can and welcome.

7)      What's your shoe size run?

Womens 36-40 is acceptable,  women boots 2015 .

8)      What's your payment term?

30% T/T after confirm the contract, the balance paid before shippment

9)      What's  your packing?

Box packing for each pair, 12 boxes in one carton
