The Model LX-460 Latex Separator is used for condensing latex by taking out water and solid matters.

The machine generates centrifugal force when the bowl rotates at high speed and this force effectively separates latex from water and solid matters by their respective gravity. The condensed latex flows to the container through a spout on the upper cover and the watery latex goes through a spout on the lower cover. The machine should be stopped after a 2-3 hour's operation for the removal of the solid matters deposited at the inner wall of the bowl, and the removal can be made by using a scraper.
