General Description:
Adopted international advanced "coalescence & separation" technology, JFS coalescence & separation on-line oil purifier is an on-line turbine oil purifier developed by Waimei Company, which can be used as oil filtration equipment for breaking emulsification, dehydration and removing impurities for all low-viscosity lubricating oils.
Characteristics:
1 .Integrated with precise-filtration and high-efficiency dehydration function, it can break emulsion in the oil and water, removing free water from oil. After treatment, free water content is lower than 80PPM. It can remove solid particulates from oil. The purified oil cleanness complies with NAS7 requirement.
2. It is with high-precise filtration effect, large pollutant containing capacity, long-life filtration element, and high-efficient dehydration.
3. There is no heating, pumping or centrifugal process, so as to lower the cost.
4. There is no effect on oil physical and chemical property so as to extend oil service life.
5. There is an alarm on filter element malfunction and overload of electrical apparatus.
6. There is an automatic water drainage and volume measurement.
7. It’s capable of working onsite and on line.

Application Scope:
The machine is mainly used to purify turbine oil and low viscosity lubricating oil with much water and heavily emulsified. Due to the obvious effect in breaking emulsion and dehydration, it is widely used in the power generation plants and factories. It can work onsite and on line by connecting the machine to the oil container of the generation equipment, without interference of power supply.
