It is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy. It has the same basic contents as Incoloy 800, but its Creep strength is Significantly improved since the contents of carbon (C), aluminum (Al) and titanium (Ti) are strictly controlled and proper heat treatment. Because of the control of contents of Ti+Al (Max 0.7%), Incoloy 800H has the Creep rupture resistance when the working temperature is higher than 600℃, and continuous working under 700℃, the plasticity won’t be declined. It good to resist to the corrosion in the atmosphere of reduction, oxidation and nitridation, or even the alternation of reduction and oxidation.
