Character

Adoption of high quality steel plate and welded as “mouse cage” type of frame structural, demountable cover board, bottom of frame structure consisted of high quality steel plate. Lower part of the furnace shell has support fixed bracket which support the structural furnace line. There is profiling magnetic yoke in the furnace shell. Magnetic yoke shield can reduce magnetic leakage, furnace body heat, increase the electrical efficiency, while support the inductorium, increase the strength. Without taking magnetic yoke away, the induction loop can be taken off, maintainance, observation and coolant conveniently. Furnace cover adopts hydraulics (or mechanical manual) to lift, turn on, gyration. It has observation hole in order to temperature measurement and supplement of alloy material. Top on with it can reduce the heat loss, reduce the electrical energy consumption and lead to production cost reduction.
