Working principle:
Materials are sent to hopper of rotary dryer by the belt conveyor or bucket elevator. The barrel is installed with 3% - 5% of inclination, so that the when the materials enter the barrel from the higher side and the hot air from the lower side,they mix together. Moreover, when the barrel rotates, the materials are lifted  up and down by the lifters in the barrel, by which the materials are dried faster.
Applications:
