Working principle:

Hammer crusher is crushing equipment utilize impact energy to crush materials. When the chine works, with the driving of motor, rotator rotate fast, materials enter the hammer area, hit with the hammer board, then it will throw to impact device for further crushing, and later whipped back to the hammer area to repeat crushing, repeat this procedure, the material from big size to small size enter 1, 2 and 3 impact mouth repeat crushing until its reach your required particle size and discharge from output opening. To adjust the spacing between impact frame and rotor can change the discharging size and shape of the materials.
